Return Policy
Please check the product page for the item in question. Cleaning supplies and water filtration are not returnable. There must be a valid reason to return items that we sell. They are specific for the brands we carry and are intended to be purposed and installed by trained professionals.
Please do your research before purchase, and know what you are purchasing, as returns will not be accepted due to a change of decision after receiving an item.
Parts & equipment falls under warranty claim parameters (below).
Warranty Policy on New Equipment
Warranty covers parts related to defects of the machine for a period of 1 year from purchase. Warranty does not cover water-related issues, normal wear and tear, or issues related to abuse or misuse of the machines. All Super Automatic Espresso machines MUST be installed with a BWT BESTmax water filter or pre-approved equivalent and but installed by a Best Coffee Gear trained technician to carry a warranty.
Warranty Policy on Spare Parts
Spare parts purchased through us have a warranty of 3 months and be installed by a Best Coffee Gear trained technician.
Warranty Policy for equipment not listed above
Please ask specifically about the equipment that you would like to purchase. Rebuilt equipment will have a warranty, but used/working equipment may have no warranty other than non DOA.
